  http://www.hollischapmanblog.com Diana Tenes is a multitalented and unique individual. She is a native Californian, was born and raised in San Jose/San Francisco Bay area. She started acting in high school, then became interested in Fashion and Costume design. Winning a full scholarship from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising , she moved to Los Angeles and earned her Associate Degree in Fashion Design. Diana has won awards for her Fashion Designs including the Black Filmmaker Hall of Fame/I.Peri -Outstanding Designer in the Bay Area, Excellence in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute, and a medal from the Santa Clara County Fair for Jewelry Design. 

 

Continuing her studies at San Francisco State University, her interest in acting was rekindled when she designed costumes for the Chicano Theater Department. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Art: Conceptual Design/Performance Art from San Francisco State. 

 

Diana is an accomplished actress. Working in front of the camera since 1994 in corporate videos, commercials, independent film, and print work as well.
