Charlene began working in Network Marketing in 1980 when she joined Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc. At that time, the always inspiring Mary Kay Ash was still alive and well. A photograph taken of the both of them in 1984 still hangs on Charlene's office wall. In 2000, she decided to follow in the footsteps of many before her and become an Avon Representative. In the years between working for MK and Avon, she headed-up two non-profit organizations with great success - and lots of burn-out. Also working in the traditional Corporate world for awhile. Then in 2007, she accepted a customer service position at the corporate office of a network marketing company. Sadly, it was the most abusive and horrible job experience of her entire life. HOWEVER, she says she has no regrets because some of the great relationships she formed during that experience. When she walked off that job in 2008, you can imagine she wasn’t exactly eager to listen to a sales pitch for a new MLM opportunity. But, she also needed a job with a schedule that could work around the special medical needs of my eldest son. So, when the top income earner of her former company, contacted to tell her about a new company, she took a look at the website.Through her research she learned that Max International’s superior product (there was “only” one product when she first enrolled) was truly a health breakthrough. She tested and experienced the benefits for myself and saw many others experience the same great results. 2 years later, she still believes it was the best decision she ever made for herself and her family - for their health and financial benefit
