Feigelson who's best known for working with Wes Craven on 1985's Chiller, penning the 1981 cult Classic Dark Night of the Scarecrow (gearing up for a DVD release now!) and the 2003 Horror thriller Red Water which starred Lou Diamond Phillips, Kristy Swanson and Coolio.
