These performances have allowed her to share the stage with Tony Award Winner Melba Moore, R&B sensation Vivian Green, gospel artist Marvin “Coconut” Winans and Pierre Walker (Grammy and Stellar award nominee). She has also lent her voice to the independent projects including the 2006 A Soulful Tale of Two Cities, which allowed her to work with the greats from Motown and Philly International.
In the US, Ms. Hurtt has performed with the Greater Spartanburg Philharmonic, Piedmont Opera Company, Prince Music Theater and Arden Theatre Company. Internationally she has performed the role of Clara in Porgy & Bess. Performances took place in Russia, Poland, Greece, Latvia and Estonia. Additionally she has performed in Germany, Spain, Switzerland, France, Monte Carlo, Turkey and Belgium.
Her work as a music industry exec has allowed her to work with Kathy Sledge, George Clinton, Lamont Dozier, Phil Hurtt (her father), Bunny Sigler, Major Harris, Nathaniel “Crocket” Wilkie and countless treasured artists.
