Monty Sampson is a native of New Bern, NC who has traveled the world. He worked for the King of Soul James Brown for over 29 years. When I met him in 2007 he was working on raising money for the Mighty Clouds of Joy "Star" in Hollywood. He is currently residing in Tampa, FL but lived in Seattle, Washington for many years.
