 Ric Ross Began his  professional career  at Warner Music Group where he serviced records to colleges and radio stations. 

 

In 1991 Ross was named southeast Regional Promotion Manager for Reprise Records and in 1994 he became Regional Promotion Manager for Elektra Records. Ross would go on to work in management positions at Island Records, Capitol Records and Atlantic Records. 

 

In 2004 he returned to Capitol as National Field Director for the Southeast region. As an expert in promotion and strategic marketing, Ross has worked with a wide range 

of well-known recording artists, among them Anita Baker, Keith Sweat, T.I., Snoop Dogg, Isley Bros. Al Green, Gerald Levert, Yolanda Adams, Tyrese, Trey Songz, Eric Benet, Twista, Canton Jones, Musiq Soulchild, Sean" P. Diddy" Combs and one list of others.
