The Hip Hop National Radio Conference Call & Feedback Line will be discussing "The Producing Of The Record, Whose Job Is It?"  This week we will dig in to the hard work that actually goes into making a record. The public is usually left with the end result. Nevertheless, it's a lot more involved than what meets the eye. Often the general perception lends itself to conclude it was one indivisual who put it all together. One might say i.e.  that Kirk Franklin,  P Diddy, Jermain Depree and many other named producers are the ones responsible for producing the record. However, If you were to ask them they will undoubtedly let you know it takes a collabrative effort of a great Artist, an excellent music producer,  top of  the line instrumentation, Stylist photographers, Videographers and etc. In short it take an awesome TEAM.
