There are not too many people in the country who know more about the fast-food business, and McDonald’s in particular, than Paul Facella. Facella spent 34 years working for McDonald’s, 14 of them as vice president for the New York region, where he quadrupled revenues to over $600 million. He won every top award given by the company and has now written a book, “Everything I Know About Business I Learned At McDonald’s,” published by McGraw-Hill.  Facella is an expert on the topic of the importance of structure in entrepreneurship, which is all about how a business is run.
