MASSACHUSETTS STATE POLICE CAPTAIN GETS A FREE PASS ON LEADING SAUGUS POLICE ON LATE NIGHT CHASE, FAILURE TO STOP FOR A POLICE OFFICER, DRIVING WHILE DRUNK, DOMESTIC ABUSE. HE'LL BE BACK ON DUTY SENDING PEOPLE ,WHO DID EXACTLY AS HE DID, TO JAIL.

MASSACHUSETTS GOVERNOR DEVAL PATRICK TELLS THE BOSTON HERALD THEY, AND TAXPAYERS, HAVE NO RIGHT TO STATE HOUSE PARKING RECORDS. THE HERALD SAYS IT PUBLIC INFORMATION AND THE TAXPAYERS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW IF THEIR ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE ACTUALLY SHOWING UP FOR WORK WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO.

DRUNK BOSTON COP RUNS STOP SIGN, CRASHES INTO WOMAN'S CAR CAUSING SERIOUS INJURY. COP HAS RECEIVED SIX SPEEDING TICKETS & THREE DRIVING TO ENDANGER TICKETS SINCE 1994.
