    New Blog!

    Hello all!

    I just     had to let you know I have created a much better blog (than my Yahoo 360 page) on WordPress.  My address is:  http://helpmegethired.wordpress.com.  I have to say I'm loving it!  I'm still playing around with the theme but a few Twitter-mates are posing some interesting questions along with some links to articles which are giving me lots of ideas for blogging.

    My first day I blogged about why job match programs don't work and I just received affirmation again today that they really are not effective at all.  lol  (Read my tweets.)  Yesterday and today, I posted a two-part blog on the question:  Do recruiters overlook overqualified candidates?  It is a complex question and I encourage you to read both parts, starting with Part 1 (yesterday's post), please.

    Just wanted you to know that I'm still here, still available.  Remember, if you want to call in with a question, please let me know and I'll be happy to host another episode just for you to do so!
