Hopefully this will send a message to some predators... EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. -- A southern Illinois woman and an Indiana man have been ordered to spend life in federal prison on child-pornography charges. Louise Masulla, 32, of New Athens, Mo., and William Milligan, 28, of Bloomington, Ind., were sentenced in East St. Louis. Masulla had pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges, aggravated sexual abuse and transportation of child pornography. Milligan also admitted engaging in a conspiracy and receiving child pornography. The complaint said Masulla, Milligan and another defendant at one point were involved in a sexual encounter in an Indiana hotel room with victims aged 11 and 3, and that photographs of the molestation were taken. Masulla allegedly e-mailed the pictures to Milligan, who circulated them to at least five other men on the Internet. http://www.theindychannel.com/news/20199777/detail.html
