Our guest, Syd Hoffman started lifting weights, setting her elliptical to an insane grade, and practicing yoga, all AFTER the age of 40. It took her almost five years to comfortably touch her toes and she learned a lot about herself on the journey.

At age 50 she summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, one of the seven tallest peaks in the world. Last year, she vigorously hiked the Swiss Alps at age 56. She is the author of the award-winning book: “All-Day Energy: 100 Ways to Boost Your Energy…Now!”
