Talking Live to WWII Heroes across the US

Live and on the road, from the east coast to the west coast, we will be interviewing, the heroes of WWII during our historical national holiday and event, "Keeping the Spirit of '45 Alive". These celebrations simultaneously concur throughout major cities across the US. Host Dr. CJ Vennard will be interviewing in San Diego, Warren Hegg in New York Times Square and John Donovan in Florida.

In 2010, Congress unanimously voted in favor of establishing a national day honoring the men and women of the World War II generation. Spirit of '45 Day is now being observed each year on the second Sunday in August, aligning with the anniversary of August 14, 1945 -- the day President Harry Truman announced that the war was over and thousands of spontaneous celebrations broke out across the country.
