Marcy J Maslow earned her ethics stripes over 25 years working in Fortune 500 companies including Pepsi, Motorola, and 20nth Century Fox. In this show we will explore questions of business ethics in a fun, creative and supportive environment. Using real-life scenarios and business coaching to illustrate the types of ethical dilemmas we might face, we will discuss the positive value of ethics and provide ideas on how to align your definitions of ethics within your organization.

In 2003 Marcy started her coaching practice to bring Fortune 500 skills to small business and currently offers workshops on building trust, business ethics, and demystifying your own financial statements. Marcy also invented e-Factor!®, a business ethics educational tool, to help people practice solving ethics dilemmas in a fun, creative and engaging manner.
