Author and a traditional publisher Sue Durkin-Eggerton, shares what it takes to get published in today’s world. Topics include how to write a perfect query letter, how to submit manuscripts correctly, and what some of the pitfalls are that keep authors from getting their manuscripts past the front door. Other topics will be addressed as the need arises.

Like many small publishers, Sue Durkin-Eggerton began this venture with the sole intention of publishing her own work. That plan evolved when she accepted a manuscript submitted by another author. It was then, that the name Weaving Dreams Publishing truly began fulfilling its mission statement by allowing writers to weave their dreams through writing.

With that book release, a landslide of submissions poured into Weaving Dreams’ offices. Today, L Sue Durkin and Weaving Dreams have a rapidly growing stable of authors and have added editors, artists, and consultants to the staff.

Aside from Sue’s work with the company, she teaches college classes, as well as other venues, on Writing to Get Published, The Do’s and Don’ts of Getting Published, and Creating Characters, just to mention a few.

Sue has an entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to take a risks. Her natural ability, coupled with persistence, enables her to achieve her goals. She does not hesitate to learn new things to enable the growth of her company and help authors achieve their dreams. For more go to http://weavingdreamspublishing.com/
