Forgiveness

Helen discusses Forgiveness as a process, not an event. Forgiveness of the unforgivable is possible with Grace. Forgiveness does not mean the action was okay or didn’t hurt. It is not a pass for the offender. However, if we do not forgive, we slowly rot from the inside out. Learn to cherish the gift of forgiveness and give it freely, whether you receive it in the end or not
