You Are Loveable, Part 1, with harp

Helen's Jewels for Life is based on the chapters of her book, Jewels for my Granddaughters. a book of life lessons gathered from life experience and years as a psychotherapist. The first segment deals with the concept, "You Are Loveable", a message that is the foundation of self esteem, self care and success. Helen also uses her harp music to accompany guided imagery that reinforces the understanding that you are loveable just because you are.
