  Please use this for thursdays meditation 
  
  Follow the line with your eyes from the outside to the inside with the intention of
   accessing inner core beliefs that are ready to be transformed. When you reach the
  center, turn around and come back out with the intention of bringing back core
  beliefs for transformation.
  
  That's it! Deceptively simple to a mind that expects complexity.
  
  You may now find that synchronicities increase in your life relating to the beliefs that
  you most wish to change but can't seem to quite access. Keep an eye out and be
  ready to allow yourself to examine what you experience on a symbolic level and
  allow yourself room to make changes.

   

  
  A channelled message and introduction by Peace, a Cosmic Consciousness and
  Intelligence residing in the Sanctuary of every living Heart
  
  
  “Dear High Priest/Priestess of Infinite Peace, Greetings from my Peace filled
  Heart to yours!
  
  I AM Peace; I am a cosmic consciousness and intelligence and as such pervade
   all planes of existence from the top of Creation to the very sanctuary of your own
   inner heart!
  
  I am alive inside of you, I breathe peace into you, and I bring out the peacemaker
   and peace seeker in all and everything I touch!
  
  For I have and I am the Peace Midas Touch!
  Everything I touch turns to Peace!
  I am here on this day of our Lord to touch your heart with my very essence and
   being so you may remember the essence of who you are.
  I am here to help you develop and embody the Peace Midas Touch in your every
  thought you think, your every feeling you feel and every word you utter and your
   every work you do so every particle of energy is an emission of peace.
  So your very heart may transform into thee inner palace of Peace
  If you wish to see peace in the world you need to give peaceful thought, peaceful
  emotion, peaceful word, and peaceful action in everything you emit!
  If you wish to see peace in the outer world you first need to find peace in the world
   that is within.
  
  I am here on this sanctified day to help you find peace within so you may go out into
  the world and touch every soul you meet and infuse every breath you take and exhale
  with the deep essence and frequency of Cosmic Peace!
  
  What is peace?
  
  Peace is being at ease with the infinite cosmos of consciousness.
  Peace is knowing that you are an incarnation of God.
  Peace is knowing that you are the Eternal Self!
  Peace is knowing that you are one with God and the Infinite Omniverse always have
   been always will be are so right NOW!
  Peace is being at peace with and in mastery over self, thus setting yourself forever free!
  Peace is knowing that it is your for the claiming any moment you choose.
  Peace is knowing you have the power to create your won reality by the power of your mind!
  Peace is knowing there is only one reality, the Supreme Reality of God and man’s
  little negative ego reality he has created for himself is nothing more than an illusion and
  is easily corrected by thinking God’s Thoughts, feeling God’s feelings, Speaking god’s
  word and Doing God’s WORK.
  Peace is knowing that your loved ones when they pass on take off their garment of flesh
  and blood and are reborn in a world of Endless Pool of Peace.
  Peace is knowing that everything that happens in life is a Spiritual test and lesson in the
  mystery school called Earth to help you prepare for the Grand Graduation and ascension
  into light!
  Peace is knowing that nobody and nothing can hurt you for you are invulnerable on all
  levels of truth!
  Peace is knowing that you are always protected because your won consciousness if
  attuned to God is your very own Spiritual/Mental/Emotional/Physical armour in the
  Armageddon that is being fought and played out within and without!
  Peace is knowing that everything you have ever done and everything you will ever do
  will not change that which you are, an embodied Son/Daughter of God!
  Peace is knowing that you are an intricate part of God’s Grand Puzzle and that there is
  a unique puzzle piece that is yours to fulfil in the infinity of God’s consciousness
  Peace is knowing that the universe will always provide everything you need to realize
  the fullness of who you are!
  Peace is knowing you are Peace!
  
  World Peace is letting everyone in the world know that they are and add a piece to the
  world’s global peace by finding that never ceasing ever quelling fountain of peace within!
  You have forgotten that you embodied peace! You have forgotten the amulet of peace,
  which you have carried around your neck since the beginning of time. Your forgetting
  caused your inheritance/heritage to fade into invisibility!
  I am here in this very moment to bring it back to life!
  I am here to bring alive the High Peace Priest and the High Peace Priestess that you
  are in truth!
  I AM the Cosmic Frequency and Presence of God’s Peace and as such send out the
  clarion call to every living heart beating on Earth, all solar systems, galaxies, all universes
  and the Infinite Cosmos itself to unite as one collective Force and Source in Peace,
  Unconditional Love, Truth, Joy, Celebration, Oneness and God!
  I herby officially invite you to join the World Peace Project and as such from this moment
  forward and for the rest of your life always and ever:
  
  BE PEACE!
  
  EMBODY PEACE!
  
  BREATHE PEACE!
  
  THINK PEACE!
  
  BE A NEVER CEASING EVERY QUELLING FOUNTAIN OF PEACE!
  
  Seek peace in self, in your marriage or relationship, in your family and extended
   family, in your church, neighbourhood and community, city, state, country, planet, solar system and galactic community!
  
  
  Make you heart and Everlasting Palace of Peace!
  
  Project Peace onto the world!
  
  Embody the frequency of Peace!
  
  Be a Peace Maker in the world!
  
  See peace wherever you go!
  
  Visualize peace!
  
  Affirm Peace!
  
  Be a pillar of Peace by always standing form in the Light of Peace regardless of
  the violet storms that seems to reign the world!
  
  Join the Global Pool of Peace by adding you inner drop of peace to the Ocean of
  Peace Keeper, Peace Makers and Peace Seekers on Earth!
  
  Make it a habit every morning when you get up and every evening before you go
  to bed to put up a bubble of peace from all that which is anti-peace energy coming
   from within and without!
  
  Be a channel of Peace in your every thought, emotion, word and action
  
  Be an anchor of peace in God’s Ocean of peace
  
  Send out and spirituality unite in peace with your brothers and sisters in space,
   your solar system, galaxy, universe the infinite Cosmos signalling our Celestial
  Family that we welcome their presence, guidance and merger with open arms
  not with weapons armed!
  
  Promote World Peace by educating children, friends, family, students and the
  world about the secrets to finding inner peace as a requirement to create global
  peace, and that peaceful thought translates into peaceful reality, peaceful emotion
   into peaceful life.
  
  Peace starts with a thought!
  Peace starts in the mind!
  
  World peace starts with YOU!
  
  Peace you think, Peace you are!”
  
  
  3 MINUTE WORLD PEACE MEDITATION
  
  “When two are gathered in my name, there I AM!”
  
  Bring purpose and mission into your life and lift yourself out of the mass
  consciousness which is perpetrated by the illusionary policies if lower self,
  separation and fear and rise into the group consciousness of the Ascended
   Masters where Unconditional Love Consciousness reigns supreme in a
  co-creative and unified way! Join the Global and celestial Community in a
  combined effort to make World Peace a living reality in the consciousness
  of all souls embodied on Earth!
  All it takes is to take three minutes each day to do the 3 minute meditation:
  
  CLOSE YOUR EYES
  
  Invoke the Divine Presence and Intelligence of Deep Cosmic Peace
  
  Breath in Peace
  
  Breathe out Peace
  
  Breathe in Peace
  
  Breathe out Peace
  
  Visualize a candle of peace burning in the bosom of your heart
  
  Feel the immense power of the silent fire as it burns within
  
  It is the Threefold Flame of God’s Power, Christ’s Love and the Holy
  Spirit’s Wisdom burning right inside of you, being closer to you than
  your won holy breath, providing you with everything you need to realize
  the fullness of who you are!
  
  Know you have found deep cosmic inner peace!
  
  Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this experience and penetrate
   your entire being with the profundity of inner peace
  
  Now allow that flame to grow bigger and bigger enfolding your entire
  physical body, enfolding you emotional, mental and spiritual selves!
  
  You realize you have now become a Pillar of Peace in the Cosmic Peace
  Temple of God!
  
  From this peaceful and whole state visualize now the flame growing larger
   and larger, silently abut powerfully burning away all violence, all war,
  hatred, illusion, fear, confusion, delusion in your city, country, continent
  and finally the entire world!
  See, feel and visualize the entire planet being immersed and enfolded by
  the silent, quiet Flame of Peace!
  
  See feel and visualize the Flame of Peace burning in the bosom of every
   living creature on Earth!
  
  Take a moment to fully experience the network of Peace Pilgrims around the
  world and spiritually connect with all your Brothers and Sisters on Earth!
  
  Now see, feel and visualize the entire world unite in peace as one family,
  one people, on Son/Daughter of God, transcending all negative ego duality,
  seeming differences, hatred, fear sand everything that does not promote
  the ones of peace!
  
  Now visualize the Earthlings, each having found inner peace and through
  conscious/peaceful thought, deed, word and action contributed to world
  peace as Prince/ess of Peace lay down all weapons throw all fear, violence
  and hatred in the eternal abyss, welcoming with open arms all Christed
  Extraterrestrials in our Solar systems, galaxy, universe and Cosmos and
  realizing the miracle, beauty, majesty and profundity of Life as it express
   itself through you and me and everything that lives!
  
  The world has awakened!
  
  The world is at peace!
  
  Now seal this cosmic Peace with the words: May Peace Prevail of Earth!
  
  Kodoish Kodoish Kodoish Adonai T’Sabayoth!
  Holy Holy Holy is the Lord God of Hosts
  The Lord thy God is One!
  Amen!
  

  First, cleanse & energise your crystal. Then get to know it, look at all the in
  clustions inside it, take notice of how it looks on the outside, how it feels to
  the touch, how it makes YOU feel.
  
  
  Now relax your whole body, start with an easy relaxation process of feeling
  your feet filling with light and relaxing your toes, soothing your ankles,
  visualise this process all the way to the top of your head, then repeat from
   feet again once more. You will now be totally relaxed.
  
  Invite your Guides and Angels to assist with helping you to consciously
   connect to the elemental of your crystal.
  
  Now visualise that you have placed the crystal on the floor before you,
  it grows into a massive crystal tower of pure vibrating light.
  
  Feel the power of the energy flowing from it . Feel and visualise yourself
  walking up to the tower of crystal light, touch a doorway on it and feel yourself entering.
  
  Smell the air inside your crystal, allow your body to be cocooned in pure
   white sparking light. Your crystal may even have a sound to it. Now you
   see a spiral staircase in front of you, walk very slowly all the way to the
  top, as you proceed, perceive its qualities, all your sences become alive to
  its vibrations an crystal light, everything you saw from the outside, you now
  see from the inside.
  
  As you reach the top, you are greeted on the landing by the crystals Elemental,
  this could be a colour, a sound a fearie, a bird, whatever you see is fine.
  
  You can exchange gifts with the Elemental.
  
  The Elemental then takes you to meet the Deva of your crystal whom is the
  ANGEL of the crystal. You can now ask them whatever you wish.
  Exchange gifts with the Deva and thank them both.
  
  Now the Elemental guides you slowly back down, you say your goodbys
  and go back out through the door.
  
  Your crystal then shrinks back to size, pick it up and bring yourself back to
  your bodys awarness, lick your lips, wriggle your toes and fingers, open your eyes.
  
  Write down everything you felt and experienced striaght away.
  
  Now ground yourself with some water and light food.
