  Wheel of Life Energy Centers  Please use this during your Morning Dose of Meditation
  Today we are going to discuss the tools we can utilize in the cleansing and the healing of them. In addition to this Psychic chef has prepared a diet menu that will not only help us on our journey to ascension but cleanse and clear our chakra as well.

   Chakras are our energy centers. These openings allow our life energy to flow into and out of our aura. The seven major chakras are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions. The first chakra (root) actually hangs outside of your body. It is located between your thighs, about halfway between your knees and your physical body. The seventh chakra (crown) is located on the top of your head. The remaining chakras, (sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, and third eye), are aligned in sequence along your spine, neck, and skull. Chakras are invisible to the human eye, but they can be perceived intuitively by trained energyworkers.

  There is a brief affirmation given for each gallery image. Read the affirmations outloud or silently to yourself as your eyes focus on the chakra images. Focusing on the chakra images while reading the affirmation statements is intended to help you connect to the life pulse of your wheels of life. Please use this during your Morning dose of meditation.
   

   

   

   

  Use a lot of organic foods will keep your mind and body cleansed of things that can block or slow you down spiritually. Here are a few examples you can use to help unblock, unclog, or just speed up your spiritual journey. The removal of meat,is a begining such as pork or just go vegan. Some cant do the vegan thing. I know you think impossible but not as hard as you think. At the very least minimizes use of animal products . Use lots of un processed veggies and fresh flavored foods, Soy products and legumes lots of spices and herbs for flavoring. hey ya gotta start somewhere and just think less is more.

   

  Below is what you can use for or as your chakra cleansing/ detox ritual.

   

  Feeding Your Root Chakra Grounding * Root vegetables: carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, beets, onions, garlic, etc. * Protein-rich foods: eggs, meats, beans, tofu, soy products, peanut butter * Spices: horseradish, hot paprika, chives, cayenne, pepper

   

  Feeding Your Sacral Center Nourishing the Sexual/Creativity Center * Sweet fruits: melons, mangos, strawberries, passion fruit, oranges, coconut, etc. * Honey * Nuts: almonds, walnuts, etc. * Spices: cinnamon, vanilla, carob, sweet paprika, sesame seeds, caraway seeds

   

  Feeding Your Solar Plexus Chakra Boosting Self-Esteem and Encouraging Self-Love * Granola and Grains: pastas, breads, cereal, rice's, flax seed, sunflower seeds, etc. * Dairy: milk, cheeses, yogurt * Spices: ginger, mints (peppermint, spearmint, etc.), malaises, chamomile, turmeric, cumin, fennel

   

  Feeding Your Heart Chakra Healing Emotional Hurts * Leafy vegetables: spinach, kale, dandelion greens, etc. * Air vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, squash, etc. * Liquids: green teas * Spices: basil, sage, thyme, cilantro, parsley

   

  Feeding Your Throat Chakra Speaking One's Truth * Liquids in general: water, fruit juices, herbal teas * Tart or tangy fruits: lemons, limes, grapefruit, kiwi * Other tree growing fruits: apples, pears, plums, peaches, apricots, etc. * Spices: salt, lemon grass

   

  Feeding Your Brow Chakra Awakening Third Eye Senses * Dark bluish colored fruits: blueberries, red grapes, black berries, raspberries, etc. * Liquids: red wines and grape juice * Spices: lavender, poppy seed, mugwort

   

  Feeding Your Crown Chakra Opening and Clearing the Spiritual Communication Center * Air: fasting / detoxing I get them to meditate during midday to get maximize universal energy.
