  Listening
  

  Do you listen when people speak? Are you hearing what they say or just waiting to speak? Can you understand the message that they bring? Do you even care what they say. Or are you telling yourself that they're saying the same old thing, this way you don't feel guilty when you haven't heard a thing. You should try it sometime, the listening thing I mean. Its not that hard to do and you might learn a thing or two. Like staying in the now, yes that's a start, and paying attention by listening with your heart. How..... well think about cause it aint that hard to d,o put that person you are listening to before you. Think of them not you.Try listening for a minute from their point of view. Picture yourself living through their words. Then my friend you can tell me that you actually heard, the word that they spoke or what it was they were trying to say. Now you can respond, by speaking from the heart. This dear one is truly how listening became the cornerstone of knowledge and on to an art. Funny how this is really how we truly learn. For it is not hearing that enlightens us, it the listening, that does makes your soul yearn.  Blessing  ^i^ ILLMINATION
