Today on ‘Heart to Love with Fola’ The Sat Show for Ladies, am having on air  with me the Drums and Rhythms of African Music with The Prophetic Voice of  Psalmist Adepeju Dawodu; my beautiful Nigerian born singer, now based in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Ade as she is fondly called says :”My songs are birthed from within my heart; “When passion is mixed with creativity and excellence, you deliver a genuine celebration of life. Music is a language. It is a privilege for me to speak the language—the music language of many peoples.”

Today she  will be sharing on developing your gift as a singer, staying  focused in the music industry, walking by faith, overcoming challenges in achieving our dreams ,discovering  music calling ,  and her Debut Album “Made in Heaven”.Ade’s music is inspired by words of life and faith and the captivating singer and songwriter’s debut Album was released on September 29 2012.

Her goal is to sing and affect the lives of people, to set them as the victors they are in Christ. Her music is drawn from her childhood influence of African highlife and Juju-music and today’s modern synthesized sounds.

As an adult, Ade and her husband, Immanuel desired to move to the United States. Their plans were delayed on several occasions and at one point it seemed that they would never be granted permission for the move. They held on to faith& 10 yrs ago they received their visas.

She has been a background vocalist for notable African artists, praise and worship leader, soloist in various churches in Nigeria and in Tampa Bay RCCG, Grace Family Church  &Faith Life Church, Sarasota.Ade currently lives with her family in the Tampa-Bay, Florida.
