There are 6 heart virtues, or forms of expression of the energetic heart - enabling it to perform its function as a portal to our innermost self or soul. Today we will focus on the last virtue which is valor, because without the courage to be who you are, to be true to yourself, the other 5 qualities - appreciation, compassion, forgiveness, humility and understanding, haven't got a chance.
