June 29. 2009 What a great show today with Tammy, who is an attorney for the arts and crafts industry. It's all about the paper trail we do that will protect us. Tammy suggested a couple of tips for artists. 1. Get your portfolio together and document it 2. Get your computer skills together, so you can use photoshop, or a way to have albums together to showcase your collection/s. 3. How are you packaging your art? 4. Have a basic agreement drafted up by an attorney 5. Work with a licensing coach to get started 2- 3 hours is good You can find Tammy at http://www.artsandcraftslaw.com Mari-Lyn Hudson Heart@Work Join us on July 6th, for Artlist.
