Why the first instinct a woman has after birth is to raise her child to her chest and how important it is to be able to do that. She will also talk about the importance of making all birthing paths sacred, whether your birth unfolds in synch with your birth plan or goes some completely different way (like an emergency c-section, etc). She will also highlight how using HeartMath throughout conception, pregnancy and labor can allow for the awareness of the sacred in the whole birthing process.
