I loved this discussion. As I was noticing that my personality profile is probably much like the host's and like Robyn's, I found myself really wondering where are all the people who score really differently coming from? How do you come to understand them? How could I use this framework to try to better understand those around me? It's also given me a pretty startling paradigm shift. I don't experience 'flow' doing my chosen work right now (hm, maybe that explains a thing or two:)), although I definitely do in other areas of my life, and I've been thinking about how to modify my approach. Awesome food for thought:)
