Working Dreams with Naomi McDonald
We create our reality from different states of consciousness; we may truly wish for abundance, fulfilling relationships, or success but if there is a subconscious belief that we are unworthy or there is a bigger life lesson to learn then the things we wish for seem to always allude us. We each have a higher conscious that strives for us to achieve our goals through our experiences. One of the ways that our higher consciousness communicates with us is in our dreams. Very intense, scary or reoccurring dreams usually mean it is time to pay attention. Often our dreams are symbolic and can therefore be difficult to understand. They can also be precognitive so we are prepared for what might happen, act as a guide or warn us to change a core belief.
Dreams are one of our greatest natural therapies. In our waking and sleep state we exist in the physical and the nonphysical states. Our dreams connect us to these interior and exterior realities. There are three types of dreaming, waking day dreams, sleeping dreams, and the in between state that I call tween, not fully awake or asleep.
Naomi will discuss how we can benefit from understanding the imagery or symbolism (such as bottle of Catsup or a tube of lipstick) that we see in our dream state. Once these images are interpreted she can then help the dreamer apply the meanings of them to the unique situations in their lives and understand the message from their subconscious.
It's good to talk.
