The number of people who commit suicide continues to climb every year. Some 30,000 Americans committed suicide in 2010. But that statistic doesn't tell the entire story. For every completed suicide, there are 8 to 25 attempted suicides.

Our guest is Robert Gebbia, Executive Director of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
