After a relaxing summer, full of family time and writing-- I'm back! Refreshed and ready to go. I'm leading with my new format of fifteen minute guided relaxation podcasts. I am also planning to host a monthly call in Q&A podcast. Remember, if you can carve out just fifteen minutes a day to a guided relaxation you will begin to see a difference in your life...things like- increased energy, a sense of calm and just generally feeling more joyful!
