Hi CrystalFly2k3,in response to your Q yes there is a limit,don't know how much,look at my 25/02 comment n you'll see I got cut off so count the words. I am posting this to you and send another one to Beth to avoid the cut off!(I just hope it allows me to!) Hi Beth! This is my first comment - inspired by your requests for feedback :) I love your relaxation, love that you are teaching us new things each week, love the focus on breathing and learning to relax body parts. I used to begrudge being awake an hour earlier w/my dh, now I smile as I poke him - he's slow to get out of bed - 'cause I know I have exactly 35 to settle in for your podcast. Hi Beth,amazing relaxation as always.I feel so grounded and in tune with myself when ever I do it and focused. Thank you for extending the relaxation time. I personally would like you to have guests on not as much as your relaxations, though I am sure and safe in the knowledge that who ever you have on your show would be a good one picked by you.
