We've been purging a lot of negativity such as negative feelings or thoughts or self talk. We will start bringing in positive thoughts/feelings/engergy/self talk in preparation for the transition to the new year!

When we have to let go of anything such as jobs, careers, friendships, relationships, etc...we all grieve. Transition periods can be very difficult and we all go through a period of grief. Meditate for calmess and for transition.

We all have negative self talk that can undermine our self confidence and feelings of self worth. Let's switch this self talk to a positive, loving, and successful voice!
