The N represents nutrition, the E represents exercise, the W represents water, the S represents sunlight, the first T represents temperance in all things, the A represents air, the R represents rest and most importantly, the last T represents trust in Divine Power.
These eight laws of health will promote a healthy body, mind, and soul if followed systematically and will help you maintain optimal health and prevent chronic diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes. These basic laws are simple to integrate into your lifestyle and when implemented will immediately make a positive difference in the way you feel.
I challenge you to implement these laws of health into your life and into the life of others.
