Jen Grisim is a lifelong Winnipeger who is passionate about childbirth and pregnancy. She received her Associate Degree of Science in Midwifery in 2007 through the National College of Midwifery after studying in Boise, Idaho and Manila, Philippines. She also received her pre/postnatal fitness instructor certification from Baby & Me Fitness in Toronto. She has been training in dance for 16 years and teaching dance for 11 years. She has recently stepped down as the Assistant Director of Masterworks Dance Studio in order to continue her pursuit of providing informed and sensitive care to new mothers and families. She is so excited to bring her 2 passions of movement and pregnancy together in her Special Deliveries services.
