Cathy Johnston joins GirlTalk host, Marlo Boux, to discuss the physical and psychological benefits of gentler exercise for women in their 40s, 50s and beyond. Cathy believes yoga can help older women going through times of change and stress cope more effectively. She is making a major transition of her own this year and she discusses it on the show.

Cathy hails from Winnipeg, Manitoba and has her Bachelor of Recreation Studies from the University of Manitoba with a minor in psychology. Manitoba Fitness Council - Fitness Theory, A certified level 1 yoga instructor through Maureen Rae Studios (Toronto). She is currently pursuing certifications in Older Adult yoga and meditation from Maureen Rae Studios, Resistance Training through MFC and the Personal Training Specialist program with Can Fit Pro.
