Thank you so much Josephine for this session. To people who don't know me, I am generally very serious and during the session I just felt that real inner child joy come out. I think it was a powerful show combining not only all these different modalities but also Jay and Jodi's energy and input and my own as we lifted some of the heaviness in the world. I'm going to go out and have fun today. :)
