For permanent weight loss we need to evaluate our thought patterns. Do we have faith that we will succeed? What are we telling ourelves? We must identify and acknowledge self-defeating thoughts and replace them.  What is our mindset about who we blame or give credit for our situation.  We need to be aware of faulty thinking patterns.
