It was great to see you in the Virtual Laughter Club at "It's Time To Laugh". We spend time laughing for no reason at all other than the health benefits. I know you know that laughter is a healing and healthy thing to do! It is so powerful, accessible to all, and gives INSTANT results. June 9th – Heal Talk…Afternoon Tea Party Launch, Let’s Sip on some herbal tea, water or juice and allow the Universe to speak to us as it chooses. It’s a number 9 day, so who knows what will manifest.
June 16th – Summer Cleanse The beginning of summer will only be a few days away and this is a good time to fast and cleanse the body. Because of the heat and amount of sodium we lose through sweat, during the hot summer months our bodies require more fluids and less heavy foods. During this show we will explore and discuss several methods that may be beneficial in cleansing the physical body.
June 23rd – Happy Solstice!!! We will gather and celebrate the beginning of summer and talk about the earth’s sun and ways the sun assists in our healing. We will also discuss natural and holistic ways to protect the skin from over exposure to the suns rays.
June 30th – Independence Day in the U.S is celebrated on July 4th. Well I never liked barbecues and firecrackers. So I can give less then a darn about this day. But, let’s flip the script and celebrate our independence from something we let go of and separated ourselves from within the past year.
