    Hi Torben,

    Thanks for the invite. I just joined your site. Just recently I
    gave up drinking soda. I now buy bottled water by the case and
    drink it all day long. I had read somewhere the danger of drinking
    soda with its carbonation and the effects it has on the body and
    knew it was time to make some changes. It's been two weeks now and
    I feel so much better. I hadn't realized before how my body was
    craving more water and I figured my being thirsty all the time was a
    call to reach for another soda. I read that when your body is
    thirsty for water what it actually does is to hold on to every drop
    of water you do manage to get in its cells. The body will hord the
    water in its fear that it wont get enough, Hence the water weight
    and bloating we sometimes feel even when we are trying to diet. I
    am beginning to notice that the water weight has just started to
    fall away. Imagine that...drinking water makes you lose water
    weight...go figure..eh?

    Well anyway, After seeing your site I got out all the little
    bottles from my fridge and food pantry and lined them all up in
    front of my speaker for the clearing and triple blow effect. I set
    a rather unique intention for the water....That I would meet my
    Alien Guides in the Physical Realm. I will let you know what
    becomes of it.
