There is an old saying by Henry Ford that goes, "Whether you think that you can or you think that you cant...you're right."  Today, we'll be exploring the relationship that we have with guides, teachers, mentors, trainers and yes, even healthcare providers.  Finding your autonomy is a very important step to empowerment.  Like the eagle that is pushed from the nest, every person must find their moment to take the leap of faith and, while honoring and appreciating advice, remember that the ultimate choices regarding your physical, mental and spiritual way of being are yours and yours alone.
