As a follow up to last weeks topic regarding attachments, today's episode deals with one of the greatest hindrances to releasing attachments: judgement.  Wheter it is judgement of ourselves or others, Whenever we decide that approval (or in most cases disapproval) is justified, we fall into the trap of intensifing attachment rather than releasing it.
