Jivanda has been following a spiritual path throughout her whole life. She learned techniques for relaxation and breathing during her study Speech Therapy. She has been teaching Hatha Yoga (including breathing and meditation) for 5 years and has been doing many trainings and courses on Conscious and Intuitive development, such as: the Avatar Training of Harry Palmer, the Merkaba meditation of Drunvalo Melchizedek and a 3 years training to become an Intuitive Guide.
