Cemia “CeCe” Acoff was murdered. She was yet another transgender woman killed then victimized again in the media, this time the Cleveland Plain Dealer, with its offensive, insensitive, trans-phobic coverage of her death. CeCe wasn’t the first and probably won’t be the last victim of trans and homophobia.
