Growth and Change in business is inevitable, therefore, we cannot fear it, however, we cannot worship growth and change either.  Listen in this week to Dr. Dorothy Martin-Neville discuss how we can use Growth and Change in our lives and business to grow our businesses.

Dr. Dorothy, a licensed psychotherapist, has been in private practice since 1983. Although traditionally trained, her interest quickly moved to integrative health care as she consistently recognized the multi-dimensional impact of events on her patients, in regard to their spiritual beliefs, their view of the world, their emotional health and ultimately their physical health.

Dr. Dorothy received NIH grant funding to research her work with Fibromyalgia patients noticing the similarity of beliefs and emotional state in each patient. She eventually became Co-Chair of the Advisory Board of a multi-million dollar NIH Frontier Medicine Grant in Energy Medicine given to the University of Connecticut.

Combining her experience and training, she came to clearly see that those who passionately live this journey rather than survive it – by living their dreams – are the folks who achieve real success and/or their health.  As a result, taking risks and coming alive has become Dr. Dorothy’s message across the board. She calls all to whom she speaks, with humor, and profound spiritual insight, to live their life fully becoming who they are meant to be, passionately and vibrantly, adding one more dream to their journey each time they are called to do so.
