Researchers at the Brookings Institute have put forth three "rules" by which to avoid poverty. Follow these "rules," they say, and your chances of a life of poverty are slim. But if you fail to abide by these "rules" you are almost assured a life of poverty, they say.

The "rules are:

1) Be sure to complete at least a high school education;

2) Work a full time job;

3) Wait until you are at least 21 years old and married before having a baby.

Join us for and examination and discussion of these rules and the "Black Facts of LIfe"  that either support or debunk them.
