Did you know that October was National Cyberbullying Prevention Month?  Shouldn’t this be every month?

During the month of October, more than 250 students from across the nation – including 5 teams from NYC – visited New York City to participate in the Cyberbullying Film Invitational competition, which was supported by AT&T. They made a short film on how cyberbullying has impact their lives, and submitted it for judging on Friday.

The winners of the competition will be announced at the Teen Indie Awards this Sunday (which was hosted by Brittany Snow). And along with winning thousands in cash prizes, the winning film produced by an NYC-team will be incorporated into a longer film that will be played at school assemblies across the city, thanks to a new partnership between AT&T and DOE, to help raise awareness for cyberbullying.

Joining us - Neil Giacobbi - Associate Vice President, Public Affairs, AT&T

Neil recounts the experience – we find out about the next initiatives and inquire about how this impacted the children and teachers.

Healthy Holiday Travel checklists for asthmatics

Ron Dixon – former Wide Receiver for the NY Giants – His most notable performance was his 97 yard kick return for a touchdown in Super Bowl XXXV. Dixon's return was the only score for the Giants as they went on to lose to the Baltimore Ravens 34-7.

*We’ll discuss Ron’s upcoming initiative w/ United Games Friefan(dot)com and the Dec 2nd’ game at Met Life stadium between the Cowboys at Giants.

Rich Valdez discusses fake apps and cyber awareness for Black Friday / Cyber Monday.
