In the Weekly Republican Address, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus says “we all want our kids to have it better than we did.” Chairman Priebus explains that we can only secure a better future when our leaders prioritize the daily concerns of middle class Americans, through spending less, lowering energy costs, improving education, and reforming healthcare. While tensions occur overseas and even at home in Missouri, President Obama continues to vacation and fundraise. Even as the Republican-controlled House of Representatives works to pass hundreds of bills, Harry Reid and his fellow Senate Democrats continue to stand in the way. “Thankfully, we have a chance to change things up in November,” says Chairman Priebus. “By winning just six more seats, we can elect a Republican majority to the U.S. Senate. And I can promise you: when Republicans lead both houses of Congress our priorities will be clear.”
