House Republicans: Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO) delivers the Weekly Republican Address on Saturday, March 1. Wagner discussed a new report from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that reveals premiums will rise for 11 million small business workers because of the president's health care law. 

"Missourians in the 2nd District and beyond are facing the harsh realities of the president's health care law," Wagner said. "Every day, I listen to their stories about how the President's health care law is adversely affecting their lives. Now, Harry Reid is calling them liars.
