Guest: Wil Cardon is a fifth-generation Arizonan who is dedicated to improving our state. As a business owner, Wil knows what it is like to deal with oppressive regulations and an excessive tax burden. That is why he is a strong advocate for common sense, market driven reforms to shrink the size of our federal government and to help it operate more efficiently. As our next U.S. Senator, Wil’s top priorities will be to get our economy growing again sothat we can create jobs right here in Arizona, and to secure our border so that Arizona nolonger suffers the financial burdens and societal costs associated with illegal immigration.

Wil attended Mountain View High School in Mesa where he was successful, both as astudent, and as an all-state wide receiver on the football team. He was recruited by and
attended Brigham Young University, later transferring to and graduating from Stanford University. While they had the opportunity to stay in California, Wil and his wife Nicole
moved back to Arizona where he worked two jobs for several years, before earning an MBA from Harvard Business School. After graduation, Wil returned to Arizona and took over the family business, The Cardon Group, which was originally founded in 1934 by Wil’s
grandfather, Wilford Pratt Cardon, or “Pat” Cardon as he was better known.
For the last 15 years, Wil Cardon has been diversifying the business, creating jobs, investing in products and properties, and helping start-up companies succeed. This realworld experience is why Wil Cardon is the candidate who best understands what businesses need to create jobs and what it will take to get the U.S. economy growing again. Banner Health recently renamed thehospital The Cardon Children’s Medical Center.
