Paul McGuire joins The Hagmann & Hagmann Report to discuss the state of our country on the eve of the 239th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. How well have we, as Americans, safeguarded the freedoms provided by the Declaration of Independence and further detailed in the United States Constitution? On this 239th year of our freedom from British rule, should we really be celebrating?

Collectively, we have squandered the very freedoms our forefathers left for us. We have traded our liberty for the illusion of security while permitting the systematic pillaging of our rights and freedoms as Americans. It is unlikely that those attending countless outdoor parties and barbeques across the country are even thinking about what this important national holiday means beyond time off work.

Paul McGuire, prolific author and engaging speaker, will be discussing the present state of our country as what we, as Christian Americans, should be doing in this dark period in U.S. history.
