PhotobucketThere are coaches and trainers. And then there’s Betsy Day, founder of Signature Presence-at-Work. An accidental entrepreneur who fell into her first venture while working on a project at Harvard University, Betsy brings the experience of someone who has navigated three recessions, and the insatiable curiosity of a continuous learner. A master of memorable learning moments, she helps organizations, corporations and entrepreneurs cultivate and sustain effectiveness. She’s adept at teaching people how to balance “what they do” and “how they do it.” The result? For people, it’s developing the poise, presence and purpose at work that builds their personal brands and elevates their careers. For organizations, it’s focusing on changing behaviors that lead to desired results, and making that change stick. As an adjunct trainer she has represented corporate training venues at Rutgers University, Rowan University, Camden County College, Burlington County College and most recently the Institute for Corporate Training and Technology at North Shore Community College. Whether in-person, over the telephone, or on-line via Skype, Betsy’s clients reach from the Eastern seaboard to the Island of Dominica in the West Indies. No matter where her clients are, she takes them from assessment to action, honing the presence they need to succeed.
