Sid Falthzik, Catalyst For Sid, his vision is to be the catalyst that assists individuals and organizations to recognize, acknowledge, celebrate and express their own unique, or as he refers to it “Younique”, qualities and apply them in their life and the World around them. More than the sum of his experience as a high tech executive in several areas, his more than twenty plus years as a career management professional and a totals of about 50 years of working in the fields of sales and marketing (yes, he started in junior high school), Sid, like each of us, brings special and unique capabilities to his work. His credentials include a Master’s Degree in Counseling, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Boston Peddler’s license circa 1966. One of the guiding beliefs in his life is that “Every problem has a gift attached to it. We seek out the problems because we want the gifts”. This is a quote fro Richard Bach’ book, “Illusions”.
